Shipping and returns

We ship via Australia Post. Delivery times are 2-6 Business days for Parcel Post and 1-3 Business days for Express post.

Shipping rates are fixed for all destinations within Australia.

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items will only be available for return under Rimskins Warranty policy if a manufacturer defect has occurred. 

If you want to return your item for a refund, the item needs to be in saleable condition and a restocking fee of 20% will apply.

If your item is in new condition, you may request to exchange your item for a different colour within 14 days by notifying us via email (orders@rimskins.com.au) and sending a self-addressed postage paid parcel pack with your return. 

The return product must be in a saleable condition. A restocking fee of 20% will apply.
